22A – Elevator Pitch No. 3
1) Here is the link to my third elevator pitch for BeyondKash: https://youtu.be/vELqed-LDsA
2) While reviewing the comments from my first and second elevator pitch for BeyondKash, all of the students who offered criticism only responded with positive comments. I received good feedback about my energy, tone of voice and eye contact throughout the video, as well as my rhetorical techniques, which I used to draw in the listener and relate to them. Another area where I received positive feedback was how I discussed how my service relates to the customer, while also incorporating the reasons why my differentiator makes me unique compared to the current competitors within my opportunity.
3) Based on the feedback I received, I tried to improve my eye contact and the fluency of my speech and elevator pitch. I made sure to also incorporate more hand gestures, increase my energy and tone of my voice throughout the recording. Similarly, I made sure to dress professionally and tried to keep the video quality, lighting and sound all very clear and to the best of my abilities. I edited my script to make sure I spoke within the allotted time limit, and removed any repetitive or unnecessary parts of my script that strayed from expressing what my business is trying to accomplish.
Hi Cade,
ReplyDeleteAfter watching your elevator pitch, I can see how you took the feedback and improved on certain areas. Improving on eye contact and hand gestures really made the pitch more engaging and gave off a more professional sense. I think that you did very good on this pitch and used your feedback in the correct way, the result shows. Overall great post!
